BMD Advies is the full-service QHSE partner. With their proactive approach, content specialists and offices throughout the country, they work from a national network with regional roots. Nearly 100 colleagues are realizing the QHSE ambitions of the entrepreneurial Netherlands from nine locations. They mainly focus on working healthily and safely with an eye for the living environment.


One central website
Previously, each BMD Advice branch had its own website. This resulted in a fragmented online experience for customers. Because of these different websites, the branches compete in terms of findability and SEO and technical maintenance and content management requires a lot of time. The BMD offices publish a lot of content, but because of the decentralized websites, there is too little synergy. BMD Advies wishes to come out jointly via one online platform, with a consistent appearance and a strong user experience.
Goals
- Clearly communicate national coverage and local specialties.
- Optimizing SEO performance.
- Setting up a central knowledge base with articles and publications.
- Setting up pillar pages about specific themes.
- Content migration and maximum retention of Google rankings.
- Space for local branches to profile themselves as specialized partners in the region.
- Consistent use of the visual brand identity.

Collaboration and co-creation
BMD Advies chose our approach focused on collaboration and co-creation. We take the lead and involve the client with a number of kitchen reviews, interim sprints and regular updates in the process. The creation process consists of a number of phases, with Discovery as the starting point. In this phase, we take the client to “a tour of the digital fields”. Within and outside the industry, nationally and internationally, we look at recent developments in design, content, navigation, architecture and structure. We take that inspiration and insights into the following phases: Wireframes, Design, Content, Development and Testing.


Can we say that?
Yes, it's okay to say that: the result is very great, partly thanks to the client's involvement. We have brought the wishes, interests and conditions of the nine offices together in a website with a consistent appearance, intuitive navigation and a strong visitor experience. There is plenty of room for sharing regionally related expertise and content in an overarching whole. The new website provides relevant conversions and leads and strengthens the BMD Advice brand and their position in the market. We and BMD Advice are proud of the end result!
