If you grow fast and European, you have a lot to communicate with existing and new colleagues. How do we keep our 1,650 international colleagues optimally up to date on all developments and how do we involve and connect the offices in strategy and daily opportunities and challenges? Fellowmind asked us this question.
Fellowmind Inside
In co-creation with Fellowmind, the plan was created for a series of monthly online talk shows: an efficient way to bring employees from different countries together. This way of communicating also fits well with their philosophy that digitization is primarily about connecting people. Practice what you preach!
60 minutes of content and interaction
The program is broadcast live on a monthly basis. A dynamic hour of content blocks about strategy, best practices, employee interviews, regional updates and social challenges. A combination of pre-recorded content, live talks and interaction, presented by Pauline de Wilde (including RTL Z) and Emiel Putman (CEO).

The concept scores well on hard and soft KPIs. Nearly 1,500 employees from 6 countries are watching live, making 80% feel more connected to the organization and broadcasts are rated 8.5. Countless colleagues send messages with compliments and thanks, confirming that they are proud of 'their' Fellowmind and are looking forward to the future!
