A new international website
L&E Global is a global leader in employment law and cross-border employment. With members, member firms, in more than 80 countries, there was a need for a new website that represents diversity and where all affiliated employment law organizations feel at home.
Ready for the future
The request for help? A new website that integrates all existing satellite websites into one organized whole. A place where the more than 1000 articles are easily accessible. And finding lawyers by country and discipline is easy, using clear filters and search options.
In addition, an updated country comparison tool is needed, which allows users to quickly compare employment laws between different countries, both on desktop and mobile.
The end result should radiate trust and comply with international standards, while seamlessly matching the new corporate identity. A strong mobile display and good visibility in search engines are also very important. Flexibility is essential in all of this, so that the site can grow with developments within L&E Global.

To bring together the various members, the member firms, of L&E Global, we have developed a website that is both clear and user-friendly. With an intuitive mega menu, visitors can easily navigate through the extensive amount of content. Articles can be found quickly, whether it's about a specific country, type of employment law, or via the search function.
Logical and fast search
Finding the right lawyer is made easy with new filters that show the contacts you want quickly and efficiently. The navigation is set up so that everyone can find their way intuitively, without hassle.
The renewed country comparison tool offers users a clear overview when comparing labor laws between different countries. Both the desktop and mobile versions have been improved for a seamless user experience. Relevant contacts are immediately visible for each theme.
For the visual elements, we chose landmarks from the member countries, emphasizing the international character of L&E Global. These recognisable images also provide a pleasant visual interruption to the text.

The new website was enthusiastically received at an international presentation to L&E Global's member firms. The site is well-organized, user-friendly and visually strong. Visitors quickly find the content they're looking for, and the updated country comparison tool is much appreciated.
