The first edition was supposed to be one that focused on coherence and connection with the company. A sense of belonging and pride. Personal stories and human connection had to prevail. Updates about strategic developments and plans for the coming years were also not to be missed.

Effectgroep* developed the creative concept as the idea for a dynamic online program. The theme? Moving Stories. With a link to APM Terminals' daily work; moving containers and the personal stories of all employees. Our effect makers opted for a talk show setting to reduce the distance between colleagues and management. They sat at the table together and there was plenty of room for questions and interaction.

Around the world

Thanks to an excellent online connection, colleagues around the world were able to participate. Videos were submitted from various teams and this content was shown during the event. All this in a striking stage setting where containers were the backdrop. The studio thus provided recognition and a sense of coming home.
