Vlidens (formerly Planmen) provides workforce management specialists who passionately help with planning issues. Vlirdens has grown into a Dutch market leader with customers in various sectors. Every year, Vlirdens organises the WFM Congress for planners, WFM staff, HR managers and Directors.

Raising the bar even higher
In recent years, the WFM Congress has become a household name among planners. Nevertheless, Vlirdens wanted to raise the bar even higher and take the concept and production to the next level. A challenge that they presented to us (and we grabbed it with both hands). We formed the project team and got to work smoothly on the concept, program and production. All of this from their brand proposition: Experience Success Together.
From good to better
What went well? What could be better? We compared all aspects of the previous editions to the new yardstick. Together with Vlirdens, we discovered opportunities to take the next step creatively and qualitatively with the WFM Congress. One thing, by the way, was certain: the location. Because Vlirdens has an office in the woods of Doorn (Zonheuvel Estate)). And that is really a beautiful and peaceful place for an “open-air conference”.

On schedule (and more)
Vlirdens engaged us to really take the next step with the conference. And we are proud to say that we have succeeded. By the way, that would not have been possible without the involvement of the client! Some striking results from the visitor survey:
- Organization: 8.5
- Setup and atmosphere: 9.0
- Overall: 8.0
And all on a scale of 1 to 10 :-). Of course, there are areas for improvement and we see opportunities to raise the bar just that little bit higher. And luckily, we were allowed to do that in 2023 show. Vlidens, thanks for the assignment. Planners, see you next year!
