Corporate identity transformation
Youké stands for strong youth and offers specialist help for children, young people and their families. The name says it all: “You're ok”, with your own talent, color and network. The employees of Youké provide help from various locations across the provinces of Utrecht, North Holland and Gelderland. For Youké, we make various means of communication, online and offline.

A great challenge
Youké's corporate identity was very colorful and diverse. These are important values for Youké, but with 12 different logo variants in different colors, things get especially complicated: which logo do you use when and which corporate color do you choose? It also increased costs to develop communication tools in 12 variants. The task for us was therefore to simplify the corporate identity in an innovative way.

Clear expectations
Youké gave us these five principles:
- Less complex corporate identity, more structure.
- More practical and economically workable.
- Preferably one fixed, new logo based on the existing logo.
- Preserving color and diversity.
- Clear guidelines for the use of color.

One colorful logo variant
We designed one fixed logo that offers the versatility of color. The 'You' section has a strong black base color. The 'okay' section contains the color and diversity that characterizes the organization and the target group. For this purpose, we designed a pattern consisting of facets in the colors of the original corporate identity. This pattern always appears in the corporate identity, for example in details and icons. The areas in the pattern are also reflected in the corporate identity.
With one logo, Youké has less choice stress when choosing a logo variant. In addition to the color pattern, there is space to play with color areas where text can be placed. However, this is limited to three colors: orange, light green and purple. We have drawn up clear guidelines for the balanced use of this. Together with photos, this provides sufficient diversity.
