Education Working Conference
The National Coordinator Against Discrimination and Racism (NCDR) is responsible for the multi-annual national program. As a connector and driver, he ensures that the agenda is converted into results that contribute to combating discrimination and racism. Education is essential here and that's why we worked in co-creation with agency NCDR to organize a conference for everyone involved in the educational field.
A connecting conference
“Organize a connecting conference where the various stakeholders in education come together. A conference that is about getting to know each other and sharing knowledge and experiences.” It was up to us to take the entire organization and direction of the conference, so that NCDR employees can focus on preparing for the content.
Inclusive education
During the work conference — entitled “inclusive education” — all cooperation partners put their heads together during interactive sessions. The goal? Jointly arrive at the principles that are necessary for an inclusive and representative curriculum. The Pakhuis de Zwijger event location in Amsterdam formed the setting for this conference for everyone involved in the educational field.
Outcome
A well-organized and inclusive event with catchy content that allowed stakeholders to connect with each other and learn from each other. And what did that result in? A nice collection of focus points for the NCDR to further the national program. Mission accomplished!
