The IMPACT Cube

Channable

Impactful communication requires more than just good ideas; it takes bold steps and bold choices. Channable therefore opted for a completely renewed set-up for their annual eCommerce event: The IMPACT Cube. A virtual event, this time performed in a custom-made 3D decor. Interactive masterclasses and innovative solutions came together for maximum eCommerce inspiration. An online event like you've never seen before!

The question

An event that makes an impact

Channable, a fast-growing scale-up founded in 2014, offers smart automation solutions for digital marketing and e-commerce. From offices in Utrecht, New York and Aarhus, the company supports customers worldwide — from the Benelux to the US. For their annual eCommerce event, The IMPACT Cube, they wanted to create a major digital event that reinforces product activation and customer engagement with their EMEA customers and partners.

The goal: an interactive setup that deepens existing customer relationships, attracts new customers and makes an impact with product usage sessions, roadmap and multichannel eCommerce strategies.

The approach

3D decor

Channable's ambition called for a next level production. And we seized that challenge with both hands! With bold choices such as fully customized 3D decor, we were able to inspire them. They confidently went along with this innovative approach.

The program was broadcast live from Studio Bocavista, creating the immersive 3D decor in close collaboration. An inspiring combination of keynotes, panel discussions and interactive master classes provided deep engagement and provided participants with valuable insights.

What made a real impact for the viewer and Channable? A unique technical setup that kept viewers engaged continuously:

  • Five unique sets within one event
  • Live camera tracking on four cameras for a dynamic experience
  • An interactive streaming platform that actively involved the viewer in the program
  • Tailored leaders, bumpers and visuals with the added advantage that Channable can permanently use this and the other content.

Hubspot

In addition to event management and virtual production, we provided dynamic content and ensured a seamless communication and registration flow. The HubSpot integration provided personal participation links and provided viewing statistics thanks to two-way synchronization with the live stream platform. This smart interaction provided a smooth experience for participants and gave Channable valuable data analysis opportunities.
